Sollah Adds Product Solutions to EEOC's Chart of Risk Factors for Harassment

It's always great having a resource to help understand tough workplace issues - like harassment and discrimination. The EEOC has published their matrix for noticing the risk factors for workplace harassment and discrimination. We've added a column - called Sollah Solutions - that helps our customers find the best resources to combat those risks.

When it comes to workplaces where some employees do not conform to workplace norms or there are strong cultural and language differences in the workplace, the EEOC spells out the inherent/potential risks of harassment and discrimination creeping in. These risks exist and it's important to tackle them before they create a hostile or disciminatory environment (or even culture).
