[Des Moines, IA – January 5, 2021] — Sollah Interactive, a premiere training content producer and curator has announced the release of a powerful new diversity dynamics program that trains for change... not to blame!

Racism is a reality that affects every aspect of our society - including our workplace and day-to-day interactions. With the current focus on racial injustice, organizations now - more than ever - need to understand how racism impacts their efforts to build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and culture.

This program describes ways in which we can “beat” racism by:

  • Being aware of our own behavior and its impact on others
  • Encouraging respect for others and ourselves
  • Accepting responsibility for our own learning and making changes in our thinking and behavior
  • Taking action to speak up and speak out against bias, injustice and other unacceptable behavior

ALL IN! presents “real world” workplace scenarios along with strategies for helping participants recognize and respond effectively when they encounter these situations.

Designed for audiences with varying levels of knowledge and experience, each scenario reflect an understanding of research in the areas of unconscious bias, stereotyping, microaggressions, harassment/hostile environment, discrimination, dominant and subordinate group dynamics, privilege, employee engagement, civility, allyship and intersectionality.

ALL IN! assists employees at all levels - executives, managers and employees - in learning how to recognize, respond to and address situations that involve racial and other differences in a manner that promotes positive outcomes and strengthens relationships.
