Additional Information

Under Maine's sexual harassment prevention law (26 M.R.S.A S807), employers with more than 15 employees must provide sexual harassment training to all employees. All supervisors must also be provided with training within one year of attaining a supervisory position. Employers must provide the training within one year of hiring a new employee.
