Trainer Comments: Your biggest concern is to do what is right for the organization. If the employee shows the will and capacity to learn new skills, you may offer more training - within budget and a reasonable time limit. If the employee is a good worker but cannot perform his or her current duties, you may consider reassignment to a more suitable position if it is available. However, if the employee cannot perform his or her duties, and no other position is available within the organization, you may have to terminate.
