    If you ignore inappropriate behavior, you are condoning it. Always speak to your employees immediately when you see or hear any behavior that could be considered sexual harassment. Have zero tolerance for teasing, innuendos, suggestive comments or sarcasm of a sexual nature in your department or workplace.
